Due to expansion, we are urgently seeking high calibre professional, highly experienced person to fill in the following positions:

 

1. Service Engineer (Computer-to-plate and Inkjet product)

Job Responsibilities:-

 - After sales service for Graphic Art equipments (CTP (Computer-to-plate) printing solution, Processor, Inkjet)
- Installation, Repair, Maintenance of Graphic Art machine and Inkjet.
- Visit customers in assigned territories to solve service issues.
- Pro-actively visit customers for service matters to conduct machine condition check
- Maintain current customer relationships
- Solve application-technological questions and problems
- Provide our customers with accurate and timely after-sales support
- Prepare presentations, proposals and services quotations and training

Job Qualifications:-

- Thai nationality, Male, age 24-35 years old.
- Certificate / Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and preferably a background in - Printing machinery
- 1- 2 years' working experience in Service Engineer or related product would be advantage
- Own transportation with driving license and be able to work and travel in nationwide
- Proficiency in English and good computer skills (MS Office).
- A customer-first attitude with a drive to solve any potential machinery issues for customers in a fast and excellent manner
- Enjoy teamwork but also independent. Willing to work a flexible schedule to enhance customer satisfaction
- Have good attitude towards hard work

 

2. Human Resources Development (Sr. Executive / Supervisor) (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Being responsible for, and Handling Human Resource Training and Development Planning & Budgeting and also related Administration tasks.
- Supporting and driving company values and philosophy and ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
- Coordinating established training courses with technical and professional courses offered by technical schools and colleges.
- Being responsible for managing Employee Engagement and Employee Recognition Surveys for evaluating and implementing suitable training and development programmes.
- Collaborating with the Welfare Committee to organize company events and celebrations such as the New Year Party, Company Outing / Team Building, and Charity (CSR) events.
- Being responsible for executing the entire training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programmes, including content, delivering of training programmes and evaluation of the effectiveness of training.
- Developing and implementing guidelines regarding career development planning and succession planning.
- Developing and delivering management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, costs, benefits, etc.
- Continuously improving training and development processes and procedures to fit with business needs.
- Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the HR Manager and department managers.
- Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes (monthly and yearly) and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Evaluating training and development programmes.
- Preparing reports based on appraisals, skills assessments and training programmes
- Performing various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-

- Female, age 30-38 years, Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources Development,Organization Development political science or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years with a Japanese company will be advantage.
- Experience in all human resource functions, Training Development and strategic HR Development.
- Good command of English speaking, listening and writing.
- Good computer literature able to operate all MS Office applications and Outlook.
- A high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others at all levels in the organization.
- Strong attention to details, problem solving skills, team spirit and maturity.
- High energy person with strong personal commitment to achieving excellence.

 

3. Product Executive, Endoscope (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Support all clinical application for Endoscopy business including sales support in early stage, build up solution together with the customer, provide sales/application support in the sales closing phase, plan and execute successful after sales application support.
- Responsibility to keep product knowledge of Endoscopy products at maximum level
- Collect, analyses and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information
- Support sales and services (Demo, Congresses, Customer Satisfaction, Opportunities)
- Participate in congress, event or symposium to present FUJIFILM Endoscopy products
- Support and develop Key Opinion Leaders
- Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and support the customer to provide on-going customer satisfaction with the product including indirect distribution channels

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree and education background in medical technology or related field
- Experiences in clinical application specialist more than 3 years
- Able to work as a team and handle senior and junior subordinates and gain their trust.
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
- Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel either to upcountry or abroad when required

 

4. Business Development Executive (Wide Format Inkjet Printing) แผนกการพิมพ์ดิจิตอล (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Cold call as appropriate within digital printing market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging customers network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
- Plan approaches and work with team to develop proposals that meets client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Understanding the cost structure and participate in pricing of the digital printing solution &service systems
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately with customers
- Present new products and services and enhance existing customers relationships
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Attend digital printing industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new solutions, products mix, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Fujifilm’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met on time
- Track and record activity on customers/accounts and close deals to meet the targets
- Work with technical support and services team and marketing staff to ensure that the solutions are meet with customers expectation

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor Degree, Master Degree are preferred.
- Experience in Graphic Systems more than 5 years or related field
- Must be customer sales oriented, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
- Proactive, well-organized, has can-do attitude, results driven
- Demonstrated leadership and be achievement oriented
- Professional, confident and resilient personality with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- Customer oriented with experience in negotiation and problem solving
- Able to work as a team and other function including handle senior and junior and gain their trust.
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
- Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel either to upcountry or abroad when required

 

5) Sales Representative (Record Media & Industrial Product) (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Active promote and sell the company products in assigned territory and deliver the sales target assigned.
- Doing plan to increase new business opportunities with customers in the recording media equipment sector and expanding the product line with existing potential clients.
- Keeping detail records of all contacts, which may involve database management
- Monitoring market trends and competitors activities in assigned territory
- Developing strategies to increase opportunity with customers in the medical equipment sector
- Liaising with the technical services and administrative personnel to deliver the prompt services to our customers.
- Ensuring all activities comply with company standard practice and ethical standards.
- Support recording media as Barcode sticker, DC analyze and related work as assigned.

Qualifications:-

- Female, Thai nationality only, age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT business or related product
- Knowledge of Information Technology product will be advantage.
- Own transportation with driving license and be able to work and travel in upcountry
- Must  be, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
- Having interpersonal skill, selling skill, pleasant personality, co-operative, and enjoy interacting with people is a must.
- Self-disciplined, Self-motivated and proactive.

 

6) Service Engineer (Endoscopy/Ultrasound) (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Instructing customers on the use of machines.
- Providing customers with problem solving services related to machines, either via the phone or with onsite support.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence through superior service support.
- Coordinating with and monitoring authorized service contractors and dealers in relation to service and maintenance work.
- Other duties as assigned by Service & Support Manager

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical instrument or Experience in Medical instrument.
- Good Communication in English language.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be customer focused.
- Experience with servicing endoscopy products will be advantage.
- Possess good explanatory skills and have problem solving abilities.
- Able to drive with a valid driving license
- Able to travel upcountry.

 

7) Office Admin & Messenger (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Pick up and carry messages, documents, packages and other items between office or other business or department within and establishment or to other business concern.
- Carry & Pick up document to banks, financial institutions, government, and other assignment task.

Qualifications:-

- Male
- Education Level – Vocational in any field, Polytechnic/Diploma
- Have own motorcycle + License
- Good Attitude to co-ordinate with other person.
- Able to work in any day & time.
